P3O® Foundation Course + Exam

P3O® Foundation Certification

Aligned with other Global Practices such as Prince2®, MOR® and MSP® incorporate principles, processes and techniques that will facilitate programme and project management with support structures. This provides an overview of P3O® models, services and their functions along with their integration with organisations.

This is the entry exam to P3O® certifications. The next accreditation is the Practitioner level exam. Successful P3O® exam candidates will have the understanding and sufficient knowledge of the guidance of P3O® and will be able to interact effectively with or act as a well-versed member within P3O® office.

This certification is a key requirement for the following jobs:

Candidates can achieve this certification by passing the following exam(s).
