Management of Portfolios® (MOP) is a collection of guidance to provide advice and model of ways to apply practices and principles and also techniques which will assist the organisation in to maximise and balance an organisational change and Business As Usual (BAU). From a strategic view prion MOP will provide an overview of all the change activities including what is included in Portfolio, the costing and the risks faced along with impact to BAU.

This is the Prerequisite for Practitioner Qualification. Successful completion of this will confirm that the candidate will have skills required to work as an informed member of a Portfolio Office or undertake a role within a Portfolio Management Domain.

Candidates can achieve this certification by passing the following exam(s).

  1. Management of Portfolios® Foundation

The certification exam can be registered and attempted within 3 months of course/module completion at Logitrain training centre on weekdays during normal business hours (excludes public holidays)
